Muscat: Oman Post released a set of commemorative stamps on the late His Majesty Sultan Qaboos with his speeches on Monday during the concluding ceremony of the Muscat International Book Fair. The stamps are available at post offices. The stamps were released by Dr Abdulmunim bin Mansour al Hassani, Minister of Information; Abdulmalik Al Balushi, CEO of Oman Post; and Talal al Mamari, CEO of Omantel.
